The quality and thoroughness of your photo or video description above can affect its selection for the gallery. Each entrant may submit any number of photos or videos to Olympus Imaging America Inc. (“Olympus”) for consideration for selection for the gallery. The entrant represents and warrants that (1) the photo or video submitted is an original idea of entrant; (2) entrant holds the copyright in the photo or video submitted; (3) the photo or video has not been previously exhibited or recorded; and (4) use of the trademarks; designs; copyrighted works; intellectual property; music; or the names, likenesses or images of any person or entity in the photo or video, is expressly authorized or licensed by the owner, copyright holder, license holder or person/entity featured or depicted in the photo or video.
In consideration of accepting the submitted entry, the entrant grants Olympus and others acting under the authority of Olympus, the right to copy, reproduce, perform, publish, display, exhibit, use and otherwise utilize in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images or videos, the photo or video and submitted information in any and all media for any and all marketing, advertising, or publicity purposes.
