The Visiopharm APPCenter provides a (growing) library of "Analysis Protocol Packages" (APPs) designed for Image Analysis in several scientific fields. APPs are ready-to-run image analysis protocols designed both for common and more specialized needs.

For every APP, a detailed description is provided including information on:

  • Application area
  • Image analysis approach
  • Endpoints/outputs
  • Image examples
  • Users
  • Scientific literature references
  • Auxiliary APPs (when available)
  • Related APPs
  • Optimal staining protocols (when available)

Easy to budget and easy to use

All APPs have a fixed cost and can be used without special knowledge of image analysis. This ensures that costs are predictable, the learning curve is minimal and immediate productivity is ensured.

How do I run my APP?

All APPs in the APPCenter can be used with Visiopharm Cloud Image Analysis. Naturally, APPs can also be used on the deployed software as well solution as well. APPs can easily be transferred between the two types of platforms.

Try an APP

Visiopharm APPs can be tried free of charge. Simply contact your Olympus Sales Representative, and request a demonstration and a trial of any of the nearly 50 Visiopharm APPs.

APPs available in:

  • Angiogenesis
  • Bone & Cartilage
  • Clinical Cancer Research
  • Dermatology
  • Diabetes
  • Metabolism
  • Neuroscience
  • Reproduction
  • Respiratory
  • Vascular

APPs can be tuned and optimized for your specific tissue preparation protocols.

*A maximum of three APPs can be tried in each trial period. The trial period is not intended for running a complete study. For each APP no more than 15 tissue specimens (whole sections or TMA cores) can be uploaded.
