Multiphoton Microscopes

The Olympus FluoView MPE series is a group of multiphoton laser scanning microscopes that allow fluorescence imaging deep within specimens. The FluoView dramatically enhance the IR transmission and sensitivity for near-IR and IR imaging and is able to image up to 1.3mm in live samples and up to 8mm in fixed cleared tissue thanks to the penetration of IR light and our long working distance objectives. High speed fluorescent measurements can be acquired at up to 50k Hz. Coupled with MPE dedicated 2mm 25x lenses, and 4mm and 8mm SCALEVIEW objectives, imaging through up to 8mm can be achieved in fixed specimens.
