When the Wellness program at Olympus started several years ago, I was at first resistant, but then I recognized it for the motivational tool that it is. My blood pressure was moderately high, along with my weight, and I was labeled as obese! The results floored me! Now, I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m training for my first full marathon.”
