When the Wellness program at Olympus started several years ago, I was at first resistant, but then I recognized it for the motivational tool that it is. I signed up for my first health screening and waited eagerly for the results. Many of my numbers were in the yellow, some even approaching red! My blood pressure was moderately high, along with my weight, and I was labeled as obese! The results floored me! Now, I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m training for my first full marathon.”
